I made a Chinese fried rice taco once as a thing for my company's cultural pot luck. The boss is Mexican and I'm Chinese, so I made Chinese-style tacos (p.s. Chinese people don't have anything remotely similar to tacos) and he loved them, even took the leftovers home with him. Btw the boss was fluffy too. So now I'm sitting here thinking "how would The Fluffy King of Mexicans like my Chinese tacos?"
